Make Your Business Look Better With a Toll Free Number

In today’s business world, there are many types of offices: brick and mortar, virtual and mobile. In all types of businesses and in virtually any location, it is quite simple to provide a professional persona. One way to professionalize your business is by providing a toll free number for your clients and potential customers.

Brick and mortar businesses can simply order a toll free number from your local telephone company. Of course the cost is quite high, but you can chalk it up to a business expense right? Not in today’s economy. This kind of thinking can put you out of business before you have a chance to deduct the expense on your next tax return! So what are your options? Upgrade your current, out-of-date phone service and go with a complete virtual phone service.

If you are a small business without the funding from investors it is important to cut costs in every way possible or you just may not be able to pay the bills each month. Your business survival depends upon getting as much as you can for as little as possible. Save on those high phone bills from local phone companies, update your technology and get a toll free number through virtual phone technology.

Home offices are on the increase due to the expansion of internet businesses, increased costs of office space and utilities, and the time and rising cost of travel. Home offices can also a solution for families seeking to supplement or add a second income. Since many home offices are internet based, it is quite simple and affordable for owners to acquire a toll free number; go virtual.

It is not only possible, but plausible to provide a toll free number when it comes to the virtual office. After all, if you are travelling in the Caribbean do you really want your customers to know that you are sitting on a beautiful sun-drenched beach while discussing business? Do you want it known that you do not have a particular office location? Probably not, since you are trying to build trust with potential clients. Stay mobile and go virtual!

You can acquire a virtual toll free phone number, offer state-of-the-art technology for incoming callers and provide a professional front for your business. All the technology is provided to you and can be accessed via your cell phone, landline, laptop, tablet or desktop. A virtual service center is located at a specific location and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose from a list of available toll free numbers, request a specific number or be assigned a number. And, you can have a toll free number with different extensions assigned to different departments for example: information, customer service, tech support and more.

While much of the virtual PBX phone service technology has been geared towards online marketers in the past, many types of businesses can benefit from this service such as: direct sales people, real estate professionals and of course, virtual companies and more.

  1. I got an itelecenter toll free number last year and it's perfect for my needs. We have remote workers all over the state. I set up a virtual pbx extension for each employee. Their extension is set up to forward to their home or cell phone. When a customer needs to reach my sales department, they dial extension 100 and the call is forwarded to my sales lead's cell phone. He can then handle the call or forward it along to one of the other sales or support guys.
